Sometimes I realise, that two dimensions are not enough. The third level, which is rare in the photography work (exept in the case of very long exposures) has a specific charisma for me.

Please look at this video of the sculpture „The first rider“. It’s a model of clay which can be founded in bronze for example.

Riding for me is a special thing. One day i ask myself what the first rider on earth feelwhen he jump on the ridge of a wild pony and discover a new world…

Manchmal wird mir bewusst, dass zwei Dimensionen für meine Arbeit nicht ausreichen. Die dritte Ebene, welche in der Fotografie eher selten anzutreffen ist ( außer im Falle einer sehr langen Belichtung), hat für mich einen besonderen Reiz und Charakter.

Schauen Sie gerne das Video von meiner Skulptur „The first rider“. Es ist ein Tonrohling, der jederzeit gegossen werden kann.

Zum Reiten habe ich eine besondere Beziehung. Eines Tages fragte ich mich, wie es wohl dem ersten Reiter auf Erden ergangen sein muss, als er auf den Rücken eines Wildponys stieg und sich ihm eine völlig neue Welt eröffnete…
